Make sure you always specify MRGLs for Gateways. They dont default to the device pool to get the MRGL. (unlike phones, where if you set the MRGL to none, they default to the device pool)

If PSTN does not send ANI, then the gateway will use the destination pattern of the incoming dial peer as the ANI. The destination pattern needs to be a specific match like 911. It will not be used if there are any wild cards, like 9..

108 days until the lab exam - now that payment is due 90 days prior to the exam!  I think this is a great policy, but it is still a little nerve racking.  I guess that gives me 17 days now to make up my mind – no waiting until after Narbik’s bootcamp.
